Flowers delivery in Canada - Policy

With CanaFlora you can send beautiful, fresh flowers almost all over the Canada. We are the only florist in Canada who is offering Free Standard Delivery Nationwide. Additonal delivery options could be available at the time of order placing. Depends on the area Standard Delivery may or may not be available for the same day. For some areas which we are unable to cover with our delivery service we use CanaFlora Wire service in this case your order get handled by CanaFlora's Certified Partner Florist.

Delivery policy:

  • No recipients are called unless the customer instructs us to or the courier needs to call in order to get into the building.

  • If nobody is home and the weather allows, the flowers are left on the doorstep/other safe place.

  • If it is too cold, rainy, or windy for the flowers to be left outside they are left with the neighbours.

  • If no next-door neighbours are available, the arrangement is returned to the shop and is re-delivered the next day for extra $10. It also can be picked up at the store from 9am till 4 pm*.

  • If it's a secured building that can not be accessed, and the recipient is unavailable at the contact number provided, the arrangement is returned to the shop and is re-delivered the next day for extra $10. It also can be picked up at the store from 9am till 4 pm*.

  • If it's an apartment building that can not be accessed, and the recipient is unavailable at the contact number provided (the recipient's last name is not always on a buzzer directory either), the arrangement is returned to the shop and is re-delivered the next day for extra $10. It also can be picked up at the store from 9am till 4 pm*.

  • You will receive delivery confirmation within 24 hours of your order's delivery.



*Orders that were made and attempted to be delivered are not refunded, but can be redelivered or picked up at the shop only.
